Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to federal contribution limits.  Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

The maximum an individual may contribute per election cycle is $2,500 ($5,000 per couple).  Corporate and foreign national contributions are not permitted under federal law.  It is unlawful for foreign nationals to directly or indirectly give a contribution or donation in connection with a federal election.  Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals without permanent resident status are prohibited.
